Andrzej Tersa – Prezes Energa

Absolwent Politechniki Gdańskiej (specjalność elektroenergetyka), Akademii Controllingu, Szkoły Zarządzania Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego oraz ICAN Institute. Pracę w sektorze energetycznym rozpoczął w 1969 roku jako pracownik dzisiejszej Grupy ENERGA. W 2000 roku przeniesiony do Zakładu Elektrowni Wodnych w Straszynie, który przekształcił w 2003 roku w spółkę. W latach 2003–2013 Prezes Zarządu spółki ENERGA Hydro, kierujący kolejnymi przejęciami i konsolidacjami aktywów wodnych w Grupie ENERGA. Od czerwca do sierpnia 2013 roku Wiceprezes Zarządu. Od maja 2014 roku, pełnił funkcję Wiceprezesa Zarządu spółki PGE Energia Odnawialna. W latach 2004-2008 Członek Zarządu Towarzystwa Elektrowni Wodnych, Prezes Zarządu Towarzystwa Elektrowni Wodnych w kadencji 2008-2012 i obecnej kadencji na lata 2014 – 2018. Od 2006 roku członek Rady Programowej programu „Wisła 2020” przy prezesie Krajowego Zarządu Gospodarki Wodnej.
